次が"中絶の権利"に光を当てた本アルバム。
カウボーイ・ジャンキーズ名義のアルバムでは Selected Studio Recordings 1986-1995(1996)に初めて収録された。
カウボーイ・ジャンキーズ は 同じカナダの先輩 Tom Rush の演奏 (1970)を参考にしているとみられる。
英国からカナダに移り住んで活動中の作者 David Wiffenの新旧の録音のうち，Tom Rush よりも一年遅れて発表されたほう(1971)を音質に目をつぶって，あげておく。
なお，トム・ラッシュ,デイヴィッド・ウィフィン版とも，タイトルは "Driving Wheel"となっている。
