Ponの焼畑 - トゥンチャーン 8/2025.7
北西の方向、8キロ先からはラオス。
ラオス向けのタンクローリーが行き交うので、
渋滞や事故防止となると、こうなる。

ワット ドーンチャイポーンの村から10km以上登ってきたが、
チャルームプラキアット郡に迫っているものの
ここはまだ 同じポーン亜郡(Tambon Pon)らしい。
国境ゲートに向かう101号は片道2車線化のうえ、
両路肩と真ん中にコンクリート壁が設けられ、
あちこちで壁と舗装の工事が行われていた。
たまに壁の外に資材置き場(トイレユニットもある)が設けられていた。

タヌダン川とルボ小学校 2019
手前に小学校、吊り橋を渡ると国立の高校。
川は向こうから流れている。
タヌダン川はずっと先でチコ川に合流する
赤十字の小学校訪問団が女性の軍人に先導されて来た
式典の準備中
子供はボクよりずっと健脚だった。
タブックの街から戻ってきた、村のある母娘。
日帰りで往復は出来ない。

ルソン島を直撃した大型台風 ウワンによる被害の大きさが
明らかになってきた。
自分が何度か旅したカガヤンからコルディレーラ、
イフガオ州にかけて、その爪痕をネットで知るここ数日だ。
蛇行するカガヤン川とピナカナウアン川に挟まれた
カガヤン州トゥゲガラオ市街地は冠水した。
カリンガ州タブック市は市街地の一部と
チコ川流域の広大な水田地帯が水に浸かった。
多くの地域で地滑りが発生した。
カリンガ州,マウンテン州,イフガオ州全域の停電はまだ解消していない。
マウンテン州サダンガの情報はまあ入ってくる。
ベトゥワガンの新チコ川橋付近の新道が崩れて複数の車が転がっている。
ポブラシオン,サカサカン,ベルワン地区はまあなんとか?
坂の町ボントックもなかなか復旧が進まない。
バッヨの村は国道上から流れ落ちてきた土砂が
進入道を塞ぎ、村が孤立した。数軒の家が飲み込まれたらしい。
イフガオ州も相当な有り様で、
バタッド棚田の背後高くの森が崩れて真っ逆さまに
教会近くを下の谷へと土砂が落ちていった。
バナウェ−マユヤオ道は復旧しただろうか?
マウンテン州のサダンガやカリンガ州は
Facebookに新しい情報をあげているが、ほかは情報がまばら。

数年前にも小学校は流失し、再建されていた。
タヌダン川のこちら岸の丘にハイスクールがある。
ボクが旅した頃にはなかった新道は、既に復旧した由。
その Lower Luboの村人は 11/14、
破損した上水道(山の清水)管を再建した。
空軍ヘリによる米支援もあった。
タブック市郊外のカラナン橋。
このすぐ下流の水田地帯が冠水した。
11/14、空軍ヘリからスマホ撮影の
チコ川ダムと右岸。

ルブアガン地区?の大規模地滑り

ひこばえの稲穂

富山市馬面踏切付近
北ルソン、カリンガ州の山中の村、
タヌダン・ルボを思う。
世話になった家は、毎朝、放し飼いにしているニワトリに
米粒を与えていた。
杵突きで精米したのを惜しげもなく
というと言い過ぎかもだが、いく掴みかを撒くのだ。
村の地鶏は卵を得るために飼っていて、食肉としては
扱わない。そのスープは良いというが。
食用の鶏は、タブックの町へ出たついでに買って帰る。
白色レグホンの足を縛ってジープニーに乗り込んで運び、
潰すまで家で囲うというわけだ。
大型台風 ウワンによる被害状況を知ってから、
北ルソンにまた関心を寄せている。

ホシホウジャク 11/7/2025
翔んでいたホウジャクの一匹が
ピタッと茶の木に止まった。
見事に分かりにくい。
1時間半後。
若干、陽の方向に角度をつけたが、左前脚を伸ばした姿勢そのまま。
1分もしないで飛び立ったが、
フラッシュを浴びせなければ、静止したままだったかも。
